Eline is a vegan chef and content creator who has been working in plant-based cuisine since 2015. Trained in gastronomy at a French culinary school, she began her career in France as a pastry chef before relocating to Québec, where she deepened her expertise in vegan cooking and opened her own café-pâtisserie. After selling the café in 2023, she now focuses on developing her recipe app, Eline’s Table, and writing her cookbooks.

Kevin is a software developer with a background in law and philosophy, fields he studied to deepen his commitment to animal rights. Originally from France and now based in Québec, he has been working in software development since 2015. Self-taught and highly versatile, he specializes in building web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Go, and Python. He now focuses his work on creating thoughtful digital tools that support accessible plant-based living.
